Our minimum order value is £100
We offer free delivery on all orders over £200
Our standard delivery times are 2-3 days from when you place the order.
Notification of damaged goods should be within 24 hours of your delivery and we will arrange a credit for you.
Our standard pricing structure is designed to allow you the flexibility to order a little or much as you want with prices reflecting this. Most products will have a standard price for ordering in singles and then a slightly improved price when you order a whole box of an item.
Don’t worry! We’re happy to split boxes down for you so you can order items singularly without having to hold loads of stock of everything you sell
We use our own vans to deliver within our catchment area which is from Lincoln down to Brighton in the East of England. Outside of this area, we use DX for our deliveries.
If you’re looking to order large volumes then we have the flexibility to adjust our stock levels to suit this to ensure you’re able to continue ordering in the knowledge that our stock levels reflect your requirements. We are a wholesale-only business and therefore do not sell directly to consumers.
If you order a product that is out of stock it will automatically be put on back order and then shipped out to you when it arrives. If you would prefer not to have back orders then simply let us know and out-of-stock products will just be removed from your order.
